This is a photo of an anemone with anemone fish taken on the SS Yongala. The SS Yongala is a passenger ship that sank off of Cape Bowling Green, Queensland, Australia. The ship sank on March 23, 1911. The ship is in 95 feet of water but can be dove as shallow as 50 feet. The wreck is teaming with life. From a distance there is a moving skin of fish life that hides the wreck itself. Among the marine life are turtles, sea snakes, groupers, coral, anemones and puffer fish. There are also the occasional eagle ray that passes by. If you visit north western Australia to dive this is a must see.
